How to choose the right AI agency
An impressive demo is easy. The questions below separate an agency that delivers something that holds up in production from one that delivers a presentation.
Do they test on your data first?
A serious agency wants to see your real documents and email before promising anything, and measures how often the model gets it right. A promise without a test is a guess.
Do they ever say no?
Not every task suits AI. If the agency never suggests a simpler solution, or leaving it alone, it is worth asking why.
Who owns what gets built?
The code, the model instructions and the data should be yours. Otherwise you are tied to the agency for as long as the solution is in use.
Where does the data go?
Ask which model provider is used, whether data is used for training and whether it can stay inside the EU. The answer should be concrete.
Can the model be swapped?
Language models keep getting better and cheaper. A solution locked to one provider is expensive to move.
What does each run cost?
On top of the project price, every call to the model costs money. The agency should be able to tell you the cost per document or ticket.

What does an AI agency do?
It depends on the kind. Some AI agencies work with marketing and content, others with strategy and training, and a third kind builds AI solutions into the company's own systems. Astrevi belongs to the last group: we develop software where language models read documents, sort tickets and drive flows, and build it into the systems you already use.
What does it cost to hire an AI agency?
We set a fixed price per project before we start. The price depends on how varied the task is, how open your systems are and how much human review you want. The first step is always a small prototype on your real data, so you know whether it holds before committing to the rest. The model cost per run is quoted separately.
What is the difference between an AI agency and an AI consultant?
The terms are often used for the same thing. An AI consultant is associated more with advice and strategy, an AI agency with delivering something finished. We do both: help you pick the right task and then build the solution. If you only need advice, that is an engagement we take on too.
Do we have to be in Stockholm?
